Date:

October 8 - 10, 2026

Overview:

We have become so accustomed to listening to the world around us that we often forget how to listen to ourselves and how to hear the wisdom of our inner guide.

When we choose to step away from the external noise and turn inward, we tune into a different rhythm.

A rhythm that is gentle, slow, and present.

This retreat is an invitation to step into that rhythm.

By the majestic mountains of Aseer, supported by the stillness of nature, the Inner Stillness Retreat is designed to help you quiet the noise and reset your nervous system.

From our opening circle on Thursday evening until our closing circle on Saturday morning, we will enter a dedicated period of noble silence.

By removing the obligation to speak, or to engage with the digital world, we create space.

In this space, we observe the current "movie of the mind" noticing its sounds and stories, and begin to consciously seed a new one.

Whether you come with a specific question held in your heart or simply an open intention, the silence will meet you there.

It also doesn’t matter if this is your first time or your tenth time; this experience is suitable for everyone, and it will serve you in ways beyond your imagination.

Language:

  • English

  • عربي

At our retreat, we embrace and celebrate diversity, and we understand the importance of creating a comfortable and inclusive environment for all.

As such, our main languages of communication are English and Arabic, with the flexibility to accommodate the comfort and preferences of our participants.

Our goal is to create a space where all voices are valued.
