About the event
Brain-heart coherence meditation is a practice that synchronizes your heart rhythms with your brainwaves, creating a state of deep calm, clarity, and a heightened state of well-being.
We are electromagnetic beings, with the heart and brain serving as the primary generators of these fields.
The Brain is the electric center and the Heart is the magnetic powerhouse.
When these two centers are synced through coherence meditation, they move from a state of "incoherence" (disordered rhythms) into a state of physiological entrainment.
This is done by focusing on slow, rhythmic breathing from the heart center, then cultivating positive thoughts from the mind to produce positive emotions like gratitude or love, and allowing the heart's energetic field to align with the mind, leading to better stress management, intuition, and vitality.
