This is an invitation to come back to yourself. Explore how movement can be medicine, for your body, your heart, and everything you've been carrying in between. The Spark is a 6-day guided movement experience designed for women who feel heavy, stuck, or disconnected from their bodies, and are ready to playfully do something about it. Over 6 days, Ghalia will guide you through a different somatic movement practice each day, from gentle breathing and spinal awakening, to full body shaking, intuitive dance, and conscious release. Each session builds on the last, taking you from simply arriving in your body, all the way to celebrating everything it can do. No experience needed. No flexibility required. No choreography to follow. Just you, some music, and the willingness to show up and move.
