This is a 3-month feminine healing journey designed to turn inward through the layers of the Female Self, Family, and Society. By navigating these layers and extending healed energy outward, we create a meaningful, supportive sisterhood. Your 3-Month Roadmap: From Caterpillar to Butterfly Month 1 - The Feminine Inside: This month is about three phases of your being: The Inner Child: Reparenting the mind to heal early core beliefs and silence the critic with kindness. The Teenager: Acknowledging the struggle of transition and reclaiming your body as a sacred home. The Woman You Are Today: Honoring your current heart and your inherent, soulful power. Month 2 - The Women in Our Family: This month is about connecting with the women in your family with eyes of deep compassion to: Identify generational patterns and wounds that have shaped your history. Acknowledge the pain carried by those who came before you. Extend forgiveness and find the peace that comes from healing what has been carried for too long. Month 3 - The Women in Our Society: This month we focus on expanding our healed energy into the world through open hearts to: Deconstruct societal narratives that keep women disconnected. Balance the flow of giving and receiving. Creating a sisterhood that feels safe, grounded, and real. This space is created for the woman who: Wants to heal from fear and doubt to become more present to her potential. Is tired of "pushing" through the colonial system and is ready to unfold gently.
